The tournament this year was involved by 145 golfers, divided into 4 Divisions: A Division (hdc 0-14), B division (hdc 15-28), C Division (Callaway) and Ladies Division (hdc 0-36) and conducted in one round for 18 holes.
At 7h30, the shotgun start was on. In spite of relatively hot weather condition, the tournament ebulliently took place and some records were made.
After the 18-hole ebullient tournament, an awards ceremony & a luncheon were held at Tam Dao Clubhouse at 13h30.
The most significant event of the ceremony was to honor the best golfers: Best Gross title: PHAM VAN THUY with a total of 78 points. The Best net of each division (A, B, C-Callaway, and Ladies) belongs to: Nguyen Cong Lam, Tran Thien Cuong, Phan Thanh Hai, and Nguyen Kim Phuong.
Also in this tournament, ten most excellent golfers were officially identified to be representatives of Tam Dao Golf Club to participate in the semi-final of MercedesTrophy 2011 for the Northern region of Vietnam, which will be held at King's Island Golf Club at the end of this month.
Apart from the main prizes (Best Gross, Best Net, First Runner-up, Second Runner-up of each division), the organizer also awarded 07 technical prizes for other golfers.
The organizer also awarded different lucky-draws titles for over ten golfers with many valuable gifts from sponsors: Medical Bill of VietSing hospital, valued at VND 28,000,000; vouchers for playing golf at different Golf clubs, golf bags, golf-clubs, Ballantine’s whisky, accommodation vouchers of famous resorts and hotels. ….
